In the era of modern media, bias can become so apparent that it can become confusing what is actually happening. It seems that we either are met with “Trump is starting World War 3!” or “Trump is saving Earth!”. We’re sick of it here, and we think you are too, so here’s the truth about what he is accomplishing and what he has planned.

On February 28th 2025, the press got and insight into what discussions were occurring between the president and Zelenskyy through a press conference in the oval office. It is apparent that zelenskyy is anticipating and hoping for the same funding and aid allocated under the Biden administration. However, President Trump is clearly looking at reform. Therefore, these two powerful leaders are stuck at a stand still. In President Trumps position he concerned with our lack of return on investment for our monetary contribution to ukraine. For example, he discussed during the press conference how when France is providing aid to Ukraine they do so in the form of a loan, preventing them from taking and severe financial hits. To which Zelenskyy believes that because America is opposed to Russian government expansion, it would be in its own best interest to contribute. Ultimately, the perspectives on what the desired outcome of the conflict is, is distinctly different, prolonging a resolution.
